Terms of service
Last updated 13 October 2026
The service
Digital Dental Clinic is provided by Henacis. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you set up a clinic, you agree on behalf of that clinic.
Trials, plans and payment
New clinics get a 30-day free trial. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep using the front desk, appointments and referrals. Plans are billed monthly in Naira through Paystack and renew automatically until you stop them. You can stop renewal at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
Your responsibilities
- Only invite people who work for your clinic, and remove access when they leave.
- Have a lawful basis to record and share your patients' information, including when you send a referral.
- Keep sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or try to access another clinic's information.
Clinical decisions
Digital Dental Clinic helps you organise your work. It doesn't give clinical advice, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and your records backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We'll tell clinics in advance about planned maintenance where we can.
Your records
Your clinic's records belong to your clinic. If you leave, you can ask for an export within 60 days, after which we may delete them.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and will tell you first where we can.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Henacis's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your clinic paid in the three months before the claim.
