A digital referral pass, not a paper letter

Questions clinics ask
Do we need to install anything?
No. Digital Dental Clinic runs in the web browser on the computers, tablets and phones you already have. Each staff member signs in with their own email.
Can you set it up for us?
Yes. Henacis can visit your clinic, set up your workspace, add your staff and train the team. Email us at henacis@ranca.site.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan and pay through Paystack, monthly or yearly. Until you do, the clinic's workspace is paused. Nothing is deleted, and it reopens the moment payment is confirmed.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Pay Henacis by transfer and we activate your plan for the months you paid for.
Can specialists we refer to use it without paying?
Yes. Anyone you refer a patient to can create a free account to read the referral. Only the referring clinic pays.
Who can see our patients?
Only staff you invite to your clinic, according to their role, and specialists you send a referral to. Henacis staff don't browse clinic records.
